Worldwide nonimmigrant visa issuances, refusals, and total applications by visa category, as published by the U.S. Department of State (FY2024). The refusal share equals refused ÷ total applications for the category worldwide — a raw share of adjudications, distinct from the Visa Waiver Program 'adjusted' refusal rate, which nets out overcome refusals. Official government statistics, not predictions of individual outcomes.
